New inclusive Latin and Ballroom Dance Class in London

Brand new inclusive dance classes by London’s first ever dedicated inclusive Latin and Ballroom dance company. The classes are for all ages, abilities and needs and will provide an inclusive space in the beautiful main hall of The Abbey Centre in the heart of London for disabled and non-disabled people to dance together. The class is led by a former world Latin para dance champion.

During the session we will introduce the different Latin and Ballroom dances, taking the class through the different steps and sequences, building the group's confidence and skills, while ensuring everyone is enjoying their experience and able to go and grow at their own pace. For participants that would like to perform or even develop to compete, we will provide opportunities and pathways to progress.
