New sport is no walk in the park
There are new Walking Netball sessions in Louth and Skegness- Lincolnshire. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game, but at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it regardless of age or fitness level. From those who have dropped out due to injury, to those who believed they had hung up their trainers many years ago, or even complete beginners, it really is for everyone!
Walking Netball sessions have been restarted in louth, with the first session at the Meridian Leisure Centre seeing more than a dozen people attending and enjoying the session. Walking Netball is a really inclusive and social way to have fun and meet new people. The sessions in Louth are also encoraging people to stay and have a coffee and a chat at the end of the sessions.
