Get Out Get Active in conversation with participant Liz Rawlinson
Get Out Get Active is helping communities to shape activities to bring disabled and non-disabled people, together in inclusive, fun, and safe activities using the GOGA Way.
Wiltshire & Swindon Sport and Wiltshire Council teamed up with Tedworth Equestrian Centre to deliver sessions for disabled and non-disabled people looking to be more active whilst experiencing stable life.
We spoke to a participant, Liz, at Tedworth Equestrian Centre in Wiltshire about her experience of GOGA.
It’s one of the rare places that if you’re having a bad day and you say I can’t do this because of my disability or my health, that’s not an issue…they’ll adapt activities to make it work.
